Aspects of the Group
Rear-Service Group of Shenyang Architecture
and Civil Engineering Institute was founded in December 2002,
which was based on the state council’s general spirit of colleges
and universities’ rear-Service socialization reform. It covers
a series of former personnel and corresponding resources, which
were separated as a whole from the administrative management system
of SACEI. At present it has been renamed as the Rear-Service Group
of Shenyang Jianzhu University.
The Group has undertaken the organization reform to achieve regulate
separation between management and functions. A new and market-centered
operation system will come into its effect to form market drive
and orderly competition. The reform aims to establish a new Group
fro which the burden of the school and students will be lifted,
the serving enthusiasm promoted, and a service of better convenience
and higher quality enjoyed.
The Group is responsible for the management and maintenance ranged
as the accommodation for all the staff and students, water heating
and power supply and university clinic. Presently the Group is
further pursuing the socialization reform, organization adjustment
and regulations establishment. To serve teachers and students
with perfectly new aspect, the Group has taken effective measures
on the principle of focusing on the school, serving the education,
combining the school with enterprises and mingling with society.
Absolutely, not only will it provide quality service for teaching,
scientific researches, and the life of teachers and students,
but also enhance maintenance work of rear service.
As the Group was moving to Hunnan University Town, it has divided
several functional departments as follows, the General office
of the Group, the first and second cafeterias, students flats
service center, overseas students service center, power center
and university clinic, which are paid service facilities. The
Group consists of 450 personnel with 114 professionals and 336
temporary.
With the theme of marriage between service and education to continuously
raise the awareness and quality of service, the Group will follow
the trend of the times, seize very opportunity and develop great
efficiency to create a brand-new prospect.
